Coming in early 2027 - Stay tuned for new courses for Metaware practitioners with specific practices for dissolving subtle energy blockages through the body, the mind, the subtle energy field, and through Awareness Itself.

For early Metaware individuals who are entering 5.0 through mature 5.5 in their development - you will learn how many of your views and assumptions perpetuate emotional suffering and block expanded Awareness. You will learn to relax through your body and into greater emptiness to encounter and potentially stabilize an experience of greater peace and freedom. And if you are at 5.5 you will also learn to relax into the force that moves All and consider the possibility of releasing your own mind into the All.

For late Metaware individuals who are entering 6.0 through 6.5 in their development - you will learn to sense into very subtle structures that you unconsciously hold in your subtle energy field and awareness field. You'll learn to be present with these subtle impressions and allow them to dissolve into Awareness Itself. If you are at late 6.0 - 6.5 you will practice relaxing into the larger flow of radiant Awareness to allow it to become your new View and new experience of Self. Results include feelings of deep peace, equanimity, insight, clarity, bliss and freedom.

If you happen to be at an earlier conventional or post-conventional stage of development and awareness I recommend contacting Stages International for information on the stages framework and to find a coach who can support your growth into these later stages.
Foundational Practices
Those who work with me generally have completed some preliminary (and even extensive) counseling or psychotherapy and many have experience with meditation and yoga. If you initiate work with me individually or in a class or group, you acknowledge in good faith that you are of sound mental health. If you have not completed that foundational work, or you are experiencing some mental or emotional instability I may refer you to other resources.

I love helping people become aware of the aliveness that is naturally present in their body and subtle energy field when they release unconscious patterns of tension and holding. I use techniques such as relaxing and breathing through the whole body; identifying feeling and sensation; opening into vast Awareness; and learning to follow the wisdom that is accessed through the clear field of Awareness Itself. Along the way I teach a lot about subtle energy qualities, boundaries, and their impact on thought, emotion, physical ailments, relationships, and life issues.
What Benefits and Results Might I Expect?
As you clear away the obsolete patterns of holding, thinking and feeling, you will become more alive and aware, first of your own interior feelings, longings and boundaries, and then of your constructed patterns of beliefs and behavior, and ultimately of spacious ever-present awareness and an embodied sensitivity through which truth and clarity allow ease, flow and grace. This clear light of awareness enables an alignment with what is good, true and beautiful and so improves all areas of one's life.
